Hot Spring Spas / Hot Tubs

If I don't take a very hot shower in the morning, my back bothers me. I installed a Pearl whirlpool tub in my bathroom, when I built my house. It's great, but I want a hot tub in my backyard that's ready to go when I want to use it. Unfortunately, I'm still in the middle of major landscaping in my backyard so I'm not ready right now for a hot tub, but I have been looking at different brands. I decided that when I get a hot tub, I will get a Hot Spring Spa.

I wrote an extensive review of the Hot Spring features in the therapeutic product review section of the HURT911® website, but basically the design of this tub is extremely well-thought-out and the spa is very well-built. It's the only tub that has a no-fault guarantee for the heating unit, it has superior closed cell polyurethane insulation, a really good filtration system, and one of my favorite features is a bathtub drain at the bottom of the tub which allows 100% drainage of the water without having to do any bailing.

Before I buy a hot tub, I'm interested to know about other peoples experiences with hot tubs, both good and bad, and including both the hot tub, customer service and the company.
