Lawyer advertising on TV is extremely lucrative, but even large law firms have cash flow problems due to the costs of prosecuting cases and the time it takes for most cases to settle. Additionally, while some law firms made a serious commitment to TV advertising and became extremely successful, many other law firms are afraid to advertise because of the perceived risk. TV advertising requires a long-term financial commitment to advertising and an investment to produce TV commercials. Additionally, a 1-800 vanity phone number is difficult to find and is an absolute necessity for successful advertising (see www.HURT911marketing.com). There are many good law firms eager to give up 50% of their legal fees in exchange for TV advertising which brings in a substantial number of cases. That's where you come in.
If you're interested, I can show you, based upon past performance, approximately how many cases can be signed up and the amount of expected legal fees which can be made on a specified advertising budget in a particular market. If you're a lawyer, you can earn as much as 90% or more on your investment with 100% of your investment returned to you before any income is taken.
Here's how it works: You invest money on a monthly basis to be used solely for advertising in one or more of the 210 TV markets where 1-800-HURT-911 isn't already licensed to a lawyer (licensees have automatic renewal rights). A local law firm processes the cases and pays 50% of the fees to us. This is legal and ethical when set up the same way as big national law firms with multi state offices. How much money is needed to invest? Depending upon the TV market and the amount desired, from $15,000 - $100,000 per month for a period of two to three years at which point income will fund the advertising budget. Some cases should start settling within 6-12 months of advertising, depending on the venue and the cases signed up. 100% of your money is used for advertising. 100% of initial partnership income is returned to you until your initial investment is 100% returned. When the advertising budget is fully funded from income, you continue to participate in partnership income without having to continue contributions. You may choose to increase the advertising budget or fund another TV market at any time. The bigger the advertising budget, the bigger the share of the market we can get.
Example: $15,000 invested per month for 3 years = $540,000 total invested. Total legal fees to our partnership generated by cases derived from 3 years of advertising = $5,000,000. $2,500,000 or 50% of that is distributed to us as cases are settled/tried and fees are earned. 100% of your $540,000 investment is returned to you first, before partnership profits of $1,960,000 are distributed (first payments probably starting at around six months after advertising). Your share of partnership profits is $980,000. The total amount returned to you from the first three years is $1,520,000. You continue to receive 1/2 of the 50% partnership profits forever. This would return $980,000 to you every year.
The catch: While your return on investment is extremely high, you will have to wait until cases begin settling before you start receiving checks. To receive a return on your investment much more lucrative than the typical advertising agency commission of 15%, you must be a lawyer to participate in sharing legal fees. You can participate in sharing legal fees in any state even though you are not admitted to practice there. When done properly, this is completely legal and is already done by some of the lawyers you see on TV now. To ensure that no laws or ethics rules are violated, there are many more details concerning these arrangements that have to be followed. Not a lawyer? You can't share legal fees, but you can earn a substantial return on a high interest loan which will be used to buy advertising media. Loan repayments will begin at a predetermined time.
