Below is a Serious Injury Alert® report from an actual call that was received on a Saturday, the day after my call center started using it.  It was sent to my e-mail account, fax machine at home, and my Blackberry® PDA.  I was walking my dog when my Blackberry started beeping.  I read the report and immediately called the caller, while walking my dog.  He said the other driver admitted to the police that he ran a red light.  I immediately went out to see him and signed up the case.  It's a good thing, because on Monday someone else had recommended another lawyer which he declined because he already signed with me.

The report was generated by the HURT911® proprietary personal injury call-center software with Serious Injury Alert® technology.  This software is used for accident calls received after office hours.  The reports can provide much more information, when given.  For instance, the report can provide home, office and cell numbers.  When the caller is calling from a hospital, a hospital room number, hospital room phone number, and friend's/relative's telephone numbers will be obtained. 

The HURT911® call-center software also analyzes the caller's injury and sends a report with one of the following subject lines: "NEW CLIENT CALL FROM 1-800-HURT-911" (soft tissue injury) "Serious Injury Alert® from 1-800-HURT-911", or  "Incomplete Call From 1-800-HURT-911" (hangups & disconnects).

These reports can be sent to different lawyers.  For instance,  a report of a Serious Injury Alert® can be sent to a partner, and soft tissue injury reports can be sent to an associate or all reports can be sent to a partner, and only soft tissue injury reports sent to an associate.  Incomplete Call reports can also be sent to anyone you desire.  The reports and the routing can be set to your particular needs.
