Sleep Innovations Mattress Topper from Costco

We purchased a Cal King Sleep Innovations foam mattress topper from Costco for $159. The new topper failed to inflate around the edges, so I called Sleep Innovations and was told that sometimes the pads are stored at the wrong temperature in the warehouse for too long and to exchange it for another one, which we did with no problem. However, the new one also did not expand around the edges, so I called Sleep Innovations again and they said they would send another one out directly from the factory. I had to fill out a form and send in a photograph and we received another topper in a few weeks. It totally expanded in a couple of hours. We let it air out in another bedroom for over a week. The topper provided me with the best sleep I have had in years, even though we had a very good mattress to begin with. I hope the residual odor dissapates all together. My husband can't smell an odor but I can detect a small one that is not noticable after I get in bed, so it must be going away.

I highly recommend the topper for comfort, but if you do have trouble with expansion, just call the manufacturer, and don't go through the trouble of returning it to Costco.ash
